back yard - deer and other wild life are thick on the wooded peninsula (called the 17 mile drive). I was assigned to military as a Company Commander, much to my surprise. I am now trying to learn how to be a military man. I have some coaching in that I coach my company football team in the sports program. I have taken up the grand sport of fishing and its great out here. My first attempt at ocean fishing I caught four large sea perch. And now I know I am going to be happy here now. There are not many officers here from the mid west. three from Iowa and I didn't know them before coming out here. School starts here Oct. 1. They want all of the youngsters to work in the fish canning as long as they can.
