Mon Feb 6 A fine day Wallace got a hog to day snow is very deep Tues Feb 7 Not very bright & not very cold we washed I am so very tired bright moonlight Wed Feb 8 everything out doors was loaded heaving with frost all gone of the trees this eve was a fine afternoon I ironed our starch clothes Th Feb 9 A very stormy day snowed & blowed a gale Fri Feb 10 prety cold but clear roads very bad so drifted sat Feb 11 A fine day snow going past fast watter running every where
