Definite sailing date 20 September. But might be made as early as 10 September. Due at Thule 2 October but may be some flexibility. Unable to do any firings on return cruise due to being heavily loaded. Cargo will probably be delivered to Argentia. L. H. Meredith (gave me 300 - 5678's as part of our barter deal). Said that they (N.R.L.) have let a contract for development prototype Varian magnetometers and furnish two and provide ground equipment to measure and record the telemetered frequency - cost ~$20,000.
