([?] Hitchcock) as visiting professors at Iowa for a year to write a book on (External) Ballistics.){B.R.L.=Ballistic Research Lab at Aberdeen Proving Grounds} c/o [=care of] Professor Webster, at Stanford University (a) Kent recently retired at B.R.L. (b) not entirely certain that he is physically up to the job but might respond to the invitation as a special stimulus (c) will probably never get around to it at B.R.L. even though he has an office there (d) would be an excellent contribution to the world's literature of the subject.
