Kasper as a possibility for injection. This is a conceivable possibility. But work of Bergstrahl and [Perlow?] suggests neutron flux from the sun negligible compared to that from the earth on basis of lack of day-night differences with BF3, counters at 100,000 feet. (Shold look at more critically! and perhaps devise a more discriminating experiment)
