[Snowstorm in Iowa City obscured the sky] 2) Also World International Interval announced by AGIWARN. 3) [Pioneer V is ~ 2 x (10 exponent 6) km from the earth and might have encountered something interesting] 4) Explorer VII gave very good observations. Preliminary indications are that outer zone was wiped off !
