Etc.. Please forgive us for the slight delay incurred in issuing this magazine. We are several days late, though through no intention of our own. What with visiting fans and preparation for collage, it's a wonder I brought this issue out as soon as I did. However . . . You'll have noticed by now the stronger, clearer reproduction of the cover. Here's the explanation -- instead of hectographing the cover design on the filmograph set (which distributes ink deposits over larger amounts of paper and thus lighter), we've purchased some special hectograph gelatin and have used it for the cover successfully, you'll notice. Another thing, the typing for this issue, with the exception of one or two pages is darker and clearer than the 19th issue. That issue was typed entirely on medium intense carbon paper; while this issue, almost entirely was typed on intense carbon paper. Thus insuring strong and more copies. In the future, all issues of the Collector will be done with the intense grade of carbon. Compare pages 22 to 27 with the rest of the issue. Those pages were typed with medium grade, the rest with intense. Some difference. For the next issue, we have a critical "The Truth Though..." by J. Chapman Hieks slated for appearance. And so, 'till October --the Editor--
