GOALS: We have analyzed our career ladders and have set the following goals: a. 15 Males 86.67% 2 Females 13.33% Hearings and Compliance Officers. b. 15 Males 83.33% 2 Females 16.67% Manpower Research Economist. c. 14 Males 66.67% 7 Females 33.33% Investigator 1, 2 and 3 d. 37 Males 75.51% 12 Females 24.49% Employer Liability Auditors e. District 10 does not have minority representation ACTIONS: a. 1 Female hire if opening occurs b. 2 Female hires if opening occurs c. 2 Female hires if opening occurs. d. 2 Female hires if opening occurs. e. 1 hire if an opening occurs in District 10 as Job Service Interviewer 1 or Manpower Aide 1. If no permanent openings occur hire 1 temporary minority in the district. TARGET DATE: FY 1986 RESPONSIBILITY: EEO/AA Officer and hiring authority 15. GOAL: Analysis of handicapped staffing indicates 12.11 of current employees are handicapped. ACTION: Continue efforts to promote handicapped. TARGET DATE: FY 1986 RESPONSIBILITY: EEO/AAO and hiring authority.
