By now you should have received material on home ownership. It was mailed January 18. With reference to a housing meeting in Fort Madison, I would be happy to come on Saturday March 20 or April 10. I would like to arrive on a Friday evening and depart Saturday evening. Due to the pressure of my work I cannot make a commitment for both Saturday and Sunday. We could have morning and afternoon meetings on the date you select or I could spend the morning inspecting housing conditions and meeting with available local officials, and devote the afternoon to a public seminar. Your wishes, of course, will determine my schedule. I would like to know if you wish federal officials or other persons to participate. Please let me know which date you prefer (no later than February 9) so we can confirm one of the above dates. With kind regards. Very truly yours, [actual signature] William R. Morris Director of Housing Programs cc: Robt. Wright /sm
