TYCHO Page 15 not. I know that some of you will have sincere doubts as to the veracity of the above. One is, that due to the proximity of the subject to the person whose home and things in general were being described, then the subject was actually getting a mental picture of the surroundings from that person and was actually receiving thots from the hypnotizer, due to the extremely resceptive state of mind he was in...totally relaxed and resceptive to the dominating thoughts that may have been permeating the room. Then too, it would seem that because of the other fellows in the room (Three at least every time) that their thoughts would confuse the picture-image given out by any one person. There are many interesting aspects to the question. The most of which I would say is the one whether the spirit was actually (spiritually) there at the place being described or not. There is one particular experiment that I haven't mentioned as yet, and that is the time we tired to send our subject to the planet Mars. The results on this venture were not so good, and his conception of space was that it was a light blue, such as we see in the daytime in the sky. Oh, yes, he arrived alright but his picture of Mars was very hazy and incomplete. Not at all like the popular conception that we know now of the conditions prevailing on the planet. To him the air was perfectly breathable tho' the air was a bit chilly. But does a spirit need air, or does a spirit have human feelings? All of which leads us back to the question: "Was his spirit really there?" Or was he using his ability to read minds while in a hypnotized state? Or what? Is there some other aspect to this that we can have no idea of the scope of it, and shall not have for some time to come? It really is a fascinating subject, and I would appreciate hearing from any other person or groups of persons who have conducted similar experiments. I am sure that such a correspondence would be beneficial to both parties as there is bound to be some point one has that the other has neglected, or forgotten in the excitement. We intend to get some ESP cards here soon and try to get better results than the average; five out of twenty-five. Just keep in mind that twenty-five out of twenty-five tries has already been achieved (And it is an achievement) and the subject conscious all the while! ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- (NOTE: Any queries concerning this article will be carefully read, and published in the letter-section next issue. Mr. Schultz's address is 4170 Drexel Blvd, Chicago, Illinois, for any who wish to get in touch with him personally. If you have any connection with a group that conducts similar experiments, we'd like to hear from you, and I'm sure Mr. Schultz would too.) ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- Please, dear friend, may we have comments on this issue? And if you do, friend, would you use this system -- from 1 to a 100. In that way, decimals will be excluded, as, instead of noting, 8.5, you may rate that item as 85. And so on. 1 would be the very lowest of drivel, of course, as said number represents only a tenth of a place -- and that's low! Next ish: July 25th, if on time...
