Community Organization
The following procedure is recommended for maximum effectiveness:

The same national organizations that formed NCAI should be called together at the community level by a representative group of the organization leaders.

Steps at meeting

1. The local organization leaders-with the help of the NCAI-should set forth purposes and program, and form a committee to coordinate the work of local organizations in the field of atomic energy.

2. An address by a scientist or community leader on the importance of atomic education and the necessity of a community organization program to bring atomic information to the people.
