Recd 25 Sept 82 CITY OF IOWA CITY CIVIC CENTER 410 E. WASHINGTON ST. IOWA CITY, IOWA 52240 (319) 354-1800 September 24, 1982 Ms. Tess Catalano 130 N. Madison Iowa City, IA 52242 Dear Ms. Catalano: In response to your request for the use of College Green Park on October 23, 1982 for a Rally for Safety, the following requirements will need to be met: 1. Liability insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000 for protection of the public and members of the group, which shall name the City as an insured party and shall indemnify and save harmless the City. 2. Post a bond in the amount of $100 to insure against damage to park facilities. 3. No one is to be banned from the park. 4. The park must be vacated by 10:30 p.m. 5. Noise levels must be controlled so as not to disturb others in the area. When these provisions have been met/agreed to, the permit will be issues. Sincerely, Robert A. Lee Robert A.
