As you know, the Women's Resource and Action Center counseling services are provided by advanced graduate students in training for counseling or social work. These students receive supervision both on-site and through faculty members in their departments. In this way, we insure that the highest quality of service is provided to our clients. Important to our counselors and to the WRAC also are counseling clients' perceptions of how they have been served. The enclosed form was developed in order to facilitate your response. Although your participation is voluntary, I hope you will help maintain our level of service by writing your responses on the Counselor Feedback Form and returning it in the enclosed envelope. I will be sharing your comments anonymously with your counselor, so that she/he may benefit from your reactions. Please use the back of the form to add comments regarding the process of counseling at the WRAC (intake, waiting period, scheduling, etc.) as well as comments specific to the counselor. Thank you for helping to keep our counseling service of high quality. If you have any questions, or would rather discuss this with me personally, please contact me at the WRAC, 353-6265. Sincerely yours, Linda McGuire Coordinator
