Tues Aug 1 A fine day up till 3 PM when we had a heavy rain some hail & wind Wallace Ella Mary & I went to Fayette Ella had a tooth pulled I made Mary 2 pare of pants she had her first pants to day she was very proud of them the men are working a sheep shed Wed Aug 2 A very warm day we ironed Old Man Asker was here for dinner he is taking orders for fruit trees & berries Wallace got 2 apple trees
