so warm last night & tonight is almost freezing the wind is so cold Fred Rut & Is Shaffer was here today & appraised 2 sheep that Hurve Robbins hurt they will have to be killed I am so tired tonight & sleepy good nite wed Apri 20 A cold day the men halled 3 load of corn from Elgin today it froze water last night is cold this eve made a fire in the furnace th Apri 21 We had a snow storm today has been a cold day is cold this eve we got Auldena laundry but no letter from him I patched most all day am tired & sleepy am going to bed Fri Apri 22 A cold day ground was white
