Lena was at Elgin this fornoon he went to Fred R to practice this eve th June 9 A very windy day but warm Wallace commenced to plow corn today got a man to help the rest of this week is Ben something I don't remember what the rest is Lena washed got some ironing done Wallace & Ella went to a farm bureau meeting at the church this eve after they had gone a few minutes it just pored down rain Fri June 10 A nice day Lena washed 8 blankets & 8 quilts today her Wallace & Ella went to Wagner to a farm bureau meeting this eve is 18 or 20 miles away is a fine evening
