Tues jan 10 A nice day colder this eve I did most of the ironing Lena washed 3 blankets what do you think Wallace dident go to town today he was home all day for a wonder wed jan 11 A nice day thawed a lot the roads are getting bad Wallace was at Elgin & Wadena he took judas the old Dutchman to Elgin he turned him off the Old Dr he thot he was so smart we are all glad he is gone th jan 12 A nice day rained this eve we made a nice wool comforter it weighed almost 5½ lbs it is a nice one outing flannel filled with wool Fri jan 13 A nice day we tied a comforter
