Tues Apri 23 A gloomy chilly day we ironed something broke on the gang plow Wallace went to Wadena & got it fixed Ella dident come home this eve I haven't felt a bit good all day wed Apri 24 A rainy day rained last night Ella came home this eve Aulden went to Wadena she came home with him we patched some today Lena has a very lame back Wallace shot a crow am so glad th Api 25 cleared of was a nice afternoon rained last night & this morning Aulden took Ella to school this morning she dident come home this eve was so muddy Lena caught a big old he rat in a trap last night Aulden shot a wood chuck this eve in the orchard we are getting away with the pests
