set Fri May 3 A cold day froze ice & the ground last night Aulden went to Wadena after Ella this eve Flossie Ogle called after more eggs this eve we finished our ironing Lena has 65 little chickens sat May 4 A cold windy day Aulden finished sowing the barley today have to cross drag some will be through seeding W L went to Fayette to farm bureau meeting this eve he put a fire in the furnace this afternoon sun May 5 A bright day a little cool I was alone most all day the folks all went to church this fornoon & went to Fred Rothlisbergers this afternoon I dident want to go I had the headache
