our last short cake for dinner today Thursday July 4 A fine day. We went to the picnic over at the brick house. There was a big crowd there. Aulden has gone to W. U. to nite Friday July 5 Wallace went to Wadena he came home and he and I went to Elgin this morning. We cleaned Ella room this afternoon. Mary and I went with Ella over to Freds to practice tonite. It is sprinkling and looks like rain. C. Talcott was buried today Saturday July 6 It has looked like rain a lot today but only rain
