tice again tonite. It is raining some now. Thursday July 25 An awful hot day started to cut barley. We ironed and sent Russell's clothes out and sewed. Ralph Reed's baby was buried today. Aulden has gone to practice. Friday July 26 The men begun cutting oats today. We went to Ella's class play tonite Saturday July 27 Aulden, Mary and I went to Elgin, got another sack of feed but did not pay for it. Came home by Mr. Dennler's they gave us a sack of old potatoes
