morning. Aulden has gone to see if he can break out the road. It is drifted awful bad. Some say it is 30 below this morning. Aulden did not break out the road, he went with Tom in Shaffers car to take Fonda back. Ella did not come home to nite I told her she better stay. Mon Jan 27 A real nice day not quite so cold. The men brought in the little engine and pumped up the water. Our light plant went dead we are using lamps now. Ella came home to nite. Tues Jan 28 A fine day a little colder than yesterday.
