mon Mar 17 Wallace went to Waterloo today to the Holstein sale we had a regular snow sorm this afternoon Howard s got his finger hurt bad on the litter carrier this morning Forest Shaffer came & helped milk him & Howard was both here to supper I got my dates all rong about taking the bull away is a day behind Tues Mar 18 A nice day the snow all gone the bull was sold for three hundred dollars to cheap Lena washed this afternoon wed Mar 19 A nice day we ironed some W L Aulden & Ella all went to Elkader this eve Illyria is putting on a play down there this eve
