went to Garnavilla this afternoon to see Noves (illegible) calf Mon May 23 A very warm day is cooler this eve as we had a very heavy rain between 5 & six we lost 10 little chickens Lena washed Tues May 24 A very warm day Wallace John & Aulden went to Wadena this afternoon brot a new corn plow home wed May 25 A very warm day we ironed Lena & I cleaned the atic th May 26 A very warm day we had a wind storm between 5 & 6 this eve blowed the cupola & a lot of shingles of our barn blowed 2 trees down
