mon June 13 A very warm day the boys plowed corn Wallace & Lena planted potatoes I did the house work made me some fryed cakes sewed some Wallace Lena Eller & Aulden went to Elgin this eve Tues June 14 A pretty warm day Wallace finished planting corn today got the potatoes all planted today the garden all I did the house work took care of Mary wed June 15 A pretty warm day Wallace went to Elkader after (wools?) (Wateons?) man was here today I finished Marys skirts Lena & I planted some sweet corn we set up the lye leach
