Brackney's begun stencilling on Br-r-rack!, and expects to get it out within three weeks. Send a nickle to Brackney at 152 Arthur ave SE - Mpls, Minn. "Predictions of Thing to Come" is a thought-provoking new pocket-size magazine just brought in by George J Hecht, publisher of "Parents' Magazine"... The magazine is a quarterly to start off and should be a "must" on every science-fiction fan's list, and for those interested in what the world of tomorrow will really be like. For more information write 52 Vanderbilt, New York City --Henry A Ackerman M O V I E R E V I E W S The Man in the Trunk (20th Century Fox) -- starring Raymond Walburn. Walburn plays the part of a loveable ghost of benevolent little bookie, who helps to trap his own murderer, and aids a young lawyer (and sweetie-pie) save an innocent man - framed for the bookie's bumpoff - from the chair. The ghost is restricted in his powers, however; he can't make himself audible through ghost-knocking because he failed to "pass his tests" and cannot pass through doors or walls for the same reason. In the end he learns who murdered himself, and the climax comes when he receives his powers as a full-fledged ghost. A very entertaining movie, with Walburn giving a good performance of a happy-go-lucky ha'ant with a flair for Ye Well-Turned Feminine Ankle. --P Bronson Ackerman Publications is reviving its music pulp, "Imagi-Music Magazine". The first issue of the renovated publication will be released about the first of the New Year. Former subscribers who have changed their addresses recently are requested to send their new address to Henry A Ackerman - 5200 Maple ave - "Pimlico" Baltimore, Maryland. The editor has a complete list of former subscribers who will receive issues they have paid for as they appear.
