The dental school's Apollonian Frolic and the pharmacy Prize Prom entertain wives and many a girl friend. If you'd prefer just some simple fun during your leisure hours, perhaps the Iowa Memorial Union is you answer. The Union supplies the extra activities enjoyed by a busy college coed. Meetings, a place for relaxing snacks and formal dinners as well as study areas are all found under this one huge roof. You'll have fun listening to records in the music room and looking at magazines in the adjoining library lounge. Perhaps you're ore athletic and would like to bowl some lines on the Union's sixteen new alleys, play billiards, or swat a few Ping-pong balls around the specially equipped rooms. Less invigorating, but as much fun, is a good bout of bridge or a couple of hours of television in the comfort of the Union. Concerts and lectures of all sorts also provide entertainment at this student center, so get acquainted with the facilities it had to offer you and your friends. [hand drawing of boat] 15
