Meetings. The Central Judiciary Board shall meet weekly. Joint meetings with all of the chairmen of the Judiciary Committees will be called at the discretion of the Board, the agenda to be cleared in advance. B. Housing Unit Judiciary Committees 1. Selection. Each housing unit shall have a Judiciary Committee selected according to the wishes of the group. The chairman of the group shall represent the group in any meeting which the Central Judiciary Board calls. In chapter houses the chairman must reside in the house. Housing units must notify Central Judiciary Board when changes in Judiciary Board chairmen are made. 2. Jurisdiction. It shall be the duty of the Judiciary Committee to enforce regulations in its housing unit, to meet weekly at a specified hour, to act upon any infraction of regulations, and to refer with recommendations the more serious cases to the Central Judiciary Board. 3. Reports. The Judiciary Committee shall make weekly reports in duplciate of all violations, latenesses, and action taken. The original copy of the report shall be retained by the group, and the carbon copy, together with all supporting evidence, shall be brought to the Office of Student Affairs to be filed with the Judiciary Board before Tuesday noon of each week. XII. Amendments. Amendments to these regulations may be proposed by any undergraduate woman student and may be presented in writing at any meeting of the Central Judiciary Board. The proposal shall be considered at the next meeting of the Central Judiciary Board and Committee Chairmen. The Judiciary Committee Chairmen shall canvass the opinion of their respective groups and cast the vote for the group at the next general meeting. If a two-thirds majority of the Committee Chairmen approves the proposal, it shall be forwarded to the Associated Women Students Council, and then, with Council approval, presented to the Committee on Student life. Amendments shall be incorporated in the body of these regulations at the next revision. [13]
