to administer the policy as outlined, each organization is require to pay a service charge of 2 per cent of its gross receipts. V. Services Rendered. Procedures for handling financial transactions through the Auditor of Student Organizations Fund result in each organization receiving the following services: 1. Assurance that all vouchers are in order before any payment is made. 2. Preparation of monthly statements showing in detail receipts, expenditures, and the balance. 3. Annual financial report published as of June 30 each year. 4. Assistance in preparation of financial reports required by national organization. 5. Assistance in budget preparation. 6. Accounting for tickets sold for events sponsored by the organization, including filing of Federal Admissions Tax returns as required by law. 7. Availability of University service departments to organizations when their services are desired. 8. Advice on any problem dealing with business procedures or financial policy. CHAPTER VIII -- CENTRAL PARTY AND ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE The Central Party and Entertainment Committee, established and authorized by the Committee on Student Life, is responsible for sponsoring and generally supervising all All-University parties and popular entertainments for which admission is charged. I. All University Party and Entertainment Schedule, 1962-9163 Homecoming Dance- Saturday, October 27, 1962 Dad's Day Concert- Saturday, November 17, 1962 Spinster's Spree- Friday, March 1, 1963 Popular concerts and entertainments will be scheduled as talent is available. II. Functions A. The Committee itself shall manage and promote all the above events except that it will supervise and the Student Union Board will sponsor the Homecoming Dance, Omicron Delta Kappa, the Dad's Day Concert, and the Associated Women Students, the Spinster's Spree.
