18 CRITICISM KEITH & PROCTOR'S 125TH STREET THEATRE SEPTEMBER 30, 1907. FITZGIBBON, MC COY & CO. Well known. Rough to the extreme. Very loosely constructed. Please. Good opening act. 16 Minutes, 3 Minutes in one. GRIFF Clown juggler. This man's juggling is the smallest part of his act. His monologue is excellent, well put together and funny. Really remarkable for an englishman, especially one who has been in this country but a short time. Act consists of juggling, hoop-rolling, and orange throwing from the audience. His general make up and conversation is original. He does a recitation in one and finishes with a bit of ventriloquial work which is very clever. Regret that I cannot give him a better place. Applause hit of the show up to this time. 23 Minutes full stage, about 8 minutes in one. ED. F. REYNARD Well known. Good advance applause material is same as when presented here a short time ago, and pleased to say he went fully as strong. 20 Minutes full stage. CHALK SAUNDERS Well known. This man made them laugh for 9 minutes with character work which was interesting and funny thereby disposing of a stage wait. HERBERT LLOYD Believe this man is well known to the circuit therefore will not go into detail. His act is greatly elaborated since his last appearance. Secured quite a lot of laughs but did not go as well as the salary would allow. Greatly overpaid. 14 Minutes full stage. KITTY TRANEY Novel juggling and sporting act, with a horse and three dogs. Act consists of fancy riding, juggling and a wee bit of strong work. Animals are very well trained. Very pleasing act, novel and original. 11 Minutes full stage. KINETOGRAPH GRAND PRIZ AUTOMOBILE RACE Interesting A FLY EXLIPSE (Comedy) Fairly Good.
