23 23 UNION SQUARE CRITICISM----WEEK OF OCT. 7th, 1907. KURTIS & BUSSE. A very good act to open the show. Their dogs are very clever, and they work very well. It is a very neat little act, and is sure to make good on any bill. Went well. 14 minutes, full stage. Three shows. THE BRADFORDS. Colored Singers and Dancers. A good singing and dancing act. Both very clever people. Went well. 13 minutes in one. Three shows. ROBERTSON AND FANCHETTE. The man is very good, and his Italian character singing Mareyuch was good. They finished up in one doing a tough specialty which is fair. A good Three a day act. Went well. 15 minutes, full stage and close in one. Three shows. SHECK BROS. High Class Athletic Entertainers. A very good act. Both are very clever boys. They work very easy and work well. I like this act as well as all the other acts like this that played here. Went very well. 11 minutes, full stage. Two Shows. ILA GRANNON. A very clever little girl, and has a very good voice, and renders her songs very well indeed. Went very well. 12 minutes in one. MR. & MRS. HUGHES. In "Suppressing the Press." A very good act. Plenty of good comedy, and is it a laugh from start to finish. Went big. 24 minutes, full stage. NONETTE. Clever Violiniste. This little girl has been with the Vassar Girls, and is now doing a specialty alone. She is one of the best Violinists I have ever heard. She is also a corking good singer. She plays the violin, also singing at the same time. She wears a gypsy costume which is very pretty. I moved her from Number two down to Number 6, and she held this spot very well, and went big. For $75.00 and two shows she is a "Find", and is sure to make good on any bill. 13 minutes in one. FOUR FORDS. The World's Greatest Dancing Carnival. Always makes good. Consider it the best act of its kind in Vaudeville. Went big. 14 minutes, full stage. is very clever, and all his characters are good. Went very well. 30 minutes, full stage. CLIFF GORDON. Mr. Gordon's second appearance this season. He was a big hit here this afternoon. 18 minutes in one. KITTY TRANEY. A very good act, and always makes good. 13 minutes full stage. KINETOGRAPH. All the pictures were good. NOTE. The show this week is very good. Plenty of good comedy, music, and dancing. Everything ran very smoothly this afternoon, and the audience seemed to appreciate the show very much. Reed Albee,
