(2) Genaro and Bailey. On at 3.27, 13 min, in I. Doing their dancing and singing act which went with its customary success. They always hold up any spot handed to them in this house. Nance O'Neil & Co. On at 3.40, 16 min, Full stage. Miss O'Neil is certainly a find for us, for there is no actress who has a stronger hold on on Boston theatre-goers than she. We had the largest Monday opening that we have this season, due entirely to her popularity. The sketch that she is playing, "The Jewess", is adapted from "Leah", with the curse scene as its climax, and in this great scene Miss O'Neil is at her best. She took curtain-call after curtain-call this afternoon. Her support, while not perfect, can be called adequate. Howard and Howard. On at 3.56, 22 min, in I. These boys more than made good in this extremely hard spot; in fact, I now of no act in I that could have done any batter. I consider this one of the best two-men acts in vaudeviller today. Paulinetti & Piquo. On at 4.18, 10 min, full stage. A thoroughly good novely acrobatic act with some of the best bar work that has ever been done. Makes a very satisfactory closing feature for this show, and I consider that I was very fortunate to have gotten them to fill the gap caused by the fall-down of the Robert Daily act. Kinetograph. On at 4.28, 26 min. "Living silhouettes", very good comedy film. "Irish Scenes and Types", held for a second week on account of the very favorable impression created last week. "99 Degrees in the Sade", good comic picture. Blamphin & Hehr. On At 4.54, 10 min Full stage, 4 min close in I; 14 min in all; 3 shows. Can work all in I, if necessary. Man and woman in a straight singing act. While their appearence and dressing is not particularly prepossessing, they certainly can sing. On account of shortage in time in the Orpheum bill, they are to play both houses the remainder of the week. Milton and his dogs. On at 5.08, 14 min, full stage; 3 shows. Held over from last week, became we did not have enough time in the 3-show section. This act is also playing at the Orpheum this week, opening the show, on accout of June Salmo's indisposition. Cuts:- Harlem Brothers. Instructed not to use corsets. The Vaughners. Insect story. "Chewing tobacco". Comment. This is a pretty good sort of a show, moving fast and smoothly from start to finish. It will probably look to some people as though there was a superabundance of sight acts, but Boston likes them. We can play four or five in a bill, if they are well distributed. i look for Miss O':Neil to draw a tremendous business this week.
