UNION SQUARE CRITICISM---WEEK OF NOV. 18th, 1907.
RADO AND BERTMAN  Man and woman in a comedy sketch entitled "The New Girl." The man is a fair dancer, and he does some good contortion work. The woman makes three changes of costume. this is a good three a day act. 15 minutes, full stage. Three shows.
FOSTER'S DOG  This is a very good three a day act. The dog is a very clever animal. Went very well. 15 minutes in one. Three shows.
INNESS & RYAN  Man and woman in a singing and talking act. This is a good act. Woman makes three changes of costume. They both have fairly good voices, and went very well this afternoon. 16 minutes in one. Three shows.
WILLIAMSON AND GILBERT  Man and woman in a singing and talking act. Man's talk is fairly good, and the only fault I can find with him is that he uses too much slang in his act. The woman hardly does anything, and I think he carries her around as an ornament. Went fair. 15 minutes in two. Three shows.
DORA RONCA. Gypsy Violin Player. this is a very good three a day act. she is good looking and neatly costumed. Went big. 11 minutes in one. Three shows.
ESTELLE WORDETTE AND COMPANY In "A Honeymoon in the Catskills." Well known act, and it is a laugh from start to finish. Went very well. 18 minutes, full stage.
VILLAGE CHOIR  A rustic Singing Specialty. Well known Act. Went big. 15 minutes in one.
EXPOSITION FOUR  Musical Experts. Three Alexander Bros. & Brady. Three working straight and the other black-face. They do a little of everything, and it is well done. Went big. 18 minutes, full stage and close in one.
WELCH MEALY AND MONTROSE  Play Ball. Well known act. This is a very good laughing act. Went very well. 18 minutes in one.
EMMETT DEVOY AND COMPANY "In Dreamland." This is a very good act, and it is a laugh from start to finish. Mr. Devoy is a very clever man, and he is supported by a good company. Went big. 26 minutes, full stage.


HOWARD AND HOWARD  "The Hebrew Messenger and the Thespian." Well known act. They were the hit of the show this afternoon. 18 minutes in one.
PICCHIANI TROUPE  This is a very good acrobatic act. Went very well. 9 minutes, full stage.
KINETOGRAPH  This week's pictures are no good. will change them Tuesday.
NOTE.
The show this week is very good with the exception of the early part of the bill which lacks comedy. Williamson and Gilbert were taken out and I put in their place Scott & Whaley. These colored entertainers made a tremendous hit here last night. 16 minutes in one.
