93 CRITICISM KEITH & PROCTOR'S 125TH STREET THEATRE NOVEMBER 18, 1907. JUGGLING BURKES Two young men club jugglers. Their work is nothing out of the ordinary. Received some fairly good applause. 8 Minutes in two. ROBINSON, PARQUETTE TRIO Just about passed by. Grotesque one of the trio falls short as a comedian. Straight tenor singer has an elegant voice and carries the biggest part of the act. Barbaric finish just allows them to go quietly to their rooms. An applicant for the mosquito circuit. 10 Min. in one. BROWN, HARRIS & BROWN Only necessary to say they went as strong as ever. Soon got them screaming and held them to their finish. 26 Min about 4 Min. in one. DE WITT, BURNS & TORRANCE In their mirthful creation "The Awakening of the Toys" Well known. Remains about the same as before. The acrobatic and perch work was strongly applauded. The finish received a rousing hand. 14 Min full stage. LILLIAN SHAW Some little advance applause. Presents an entirely new act, with a good repertoire of songs. Caught the audience from the start Finished to good strong applause. 19 Min in one. COUNTESS ROSSI & PAULO Rather surprised at the manner this act was received. The Countess makes an elegant appearance and is gifted with an excellent voice. Paulo's assistance in the box got the laughs. Quite a novel act. Big applause on the finish. 15 Min full stage. EDWIN ARDEN & CO. POOR LITTLE PIG Good comedy HANDLING A BATTLESHIP FLEET Interesting JANE IS FURIOUS Fairly good.
