FIVE MADCAPS.
This lively acrobatic dancing act makes an excellent opening number, but still would be better in third or fourth position if the bill could be so arranged. 13 min. FS.
THE BRITTONS.
This is a very good eccentric dancing act and fills this position in good shape. 13 min. in one.
Mme. Konorah.
This lightning calculation act is not suitable to our audiences. It is demonstrated quite clearly by watching the bored expressions while Berol is distributing the blackboards. 19 min. FS. Cannot open or close in one.
THE KINSONS.
Comedy and musical act with imitations by Harry Atkinson. Just a fair act that would get by in good shape in an early spot on the bill. 15 min. FS.
GALLAGHER & BARRETT.
In their new act "The Battle of Too-Soon." This is an excellent comedy act. It might be called the hit of the bill. 17 FS.
KINETOGRAPH
Winter scenes in the North European countries were quite interesting.
SPISSELL BROS. & MACK.
Same act as given here before but it went strong and everybody appeared to be very much pleased. 13 min. special drop. FS.
CLIFFORD & BURKE.
Same act as heretofore. Still singing the "Nobody" song used two or three times by Avery & Hart, and also by Clifford & Burke. 21 min. in one.
ELLA SRADNA & FRED DERRICK.
Equestrian act, using two dapple gray horses. Good act but we have had better. About 13 min.
Comment- Eva Tanguay could not open on account of swollen vocal cords. She appeared at the footlights and tried to explain. The audience manifested great disappointment. Left for New York later.
