155. Report on Columbus Show week December 23rd. -- 07. W. W. Prosser. Rigoletto Bros. Hand balancing and work on revolving ladders all of which does very well. -- Nothing remarkable about the act but it does nicely for an opener. 11 minutes Garden. Robinson, Parquetto & Woods: (Colored) Two men and one woman. -- They sing and introduce a little comedy. -- The straight man has a very pleasing voice and he made good with a ballad which was nicely rendered. -- The comedy of the other fellow was acceptable. -- So far as the woman is concerned she filled in and that is about all. -- Personally I liked the act but it did not make much of an impression on the audience. 15 minutes in one. The Sa-Heras: Woman with two assistants doing mental telepathy stunt and doing it pretty well. -- They don't offer anything that is especially new but at that the act seemed to receive serious consideration and made quite a hit. -- There is a little comedy introduced. -- This act should create talk among the people and I think it will. Special set 24 minutes. Elite Musical Four: Quite a good musical act by four men. -- They play a number of instruments and play them well. -- They lack finish and could make a better impression if they livened up a bit. -- Two of the members seem to be listless and it hurts the act to the eye. -- Their music will pass muster however. 18 minutes palace. May Tully & Co. -- A well known act and one that got by nicely. -- Miss Tully is clever and her co-workers render satisfactory support. the finish was strong and this act should prove thoroughly popular during the week. -- Opens in one then to Wood. -- 24 minutes. Zazelle Vernon Co. --- This act was the hit of the bill up to this point. Made just as good as it did last season when it went as well as could be desired. Landscape 15 minutes. Smith & Campbell: Undoubtedly two of the cleverest fellows in the business. They held the audience from beginning and there was not a moment when things were dull. -- I don't think there are many acts of the kind and value of this. 19 minutes in one. Bradna & Derrick: Man and woman in an equestrian act. -- Their work is all well done and the act is showy. -- It worked up to a good strong finish and held the closing position satisfactorily. 8 minutes Garden. Pictures: O. K.
