203 CRITICISM KEITH & PROCTOR'S 125TH STREET THEATRE JANUARY 27 1908 ELSIE HARVEY Assisted by Fields Brothers Miss Harvey makes a very pleasing appearance making several changes of costume. They are all excellent dancers with fairly good voices. Although the act only runs twelve minutes the audience seemed to tire before they finished. They left the stage, however, with a fairly good hand. Twelve Minutes in One. THE SANDWINAS This is quite a novel equilibristic act on account of the size of the woman and her doing the understanding. Their work is the regular routine but welldone. The audience appreciated the novelty of it and responded with good applause. Eight Minutes Full Stage. FANNY RICE In her own creation the Mimic Miniature Stage. Miss Rice presents the same characters as before with a few new impersonations. The William Jennings Bryan impersonation with the assistance of the orchestra was a knockout. The act seemed to die shortly after and became tiresome. Will try to persuade her to dispose of some of the weaker characters. Twenty-five Minutes in Two. FOY & CLARK Presenting the comedy "The Spring of Youth" by Will Cressy. Although this act is very old it seemed to hold and amuse the Some little advance applause. Started off rather good and received quite a number of laughs. Seemed a bit careless about their work with the "I don't care, etc.," feeling. Finish of their act was very quiet. Left the stage with barely a hand. Fourteen Minutes in One. "SIDE SHOW" number. Twenty-one Minutes Full Stage. KINETOGRAPH THE MEDAL WINNER Good THE HYPNOTIST'S PRANKS Good
