223 Report on show, Keith's Theatre, Providence, R. I., Week of February 10, 1908. (Chas. Lovenberg, Mgr. The show is quite satisfactory containing enough big features to draw money even if everything on the bill didn't please anyone person. Nohrens. Little trapeze act which is well known and seemed to please. 9 Min. Full Stage, 3 Shows. Princess Sotanki & Co. A coon lady made up as an East India Princess doing a magic act, principal features being the aerial suspension and the basket trick. From the 3-a-day standpoint, it is a very acceptable act. 16 Min. Full Stage, close in 1, 3 Shows. Jeff & LaVern Healy. Singing, talking and piano playing. Not as good an act as I expected to see although they are all right thoroughly in the 3-a-day section. The woman is quite good looking, and the man will pass. 16 Min. open Full Stage, close in One. Can open and close in 1, 3 Shows. Niblo & Spencer. Here is an actual find that doesn't want to be overlooked, but don't allow any agents to hand them too much money. AR is the salary, 3 Shows. One of the best little dancing acts we have played. They make a splendid appearance, dress neatly and the man, especially, is a corking good dancer. Could hold #2 place in most of the 2-a-day houses and is exceptionally valuable for the continuous. 10 Min. in 1, 3 Shows. Murry K. Hill. Blackface comedian. This fellow is quite clever and pleased the audience yesterday thoroughly. 15 Min. in 1, 3 Shows. Kinsons. This act is a little bit of a disappointment to me and the audience didn't enthuse very greatly over it. I think I would rather have Harry Atkins' old act in one, especially when I consider the difference in price. 15 Min. Full Stage, close in 1, 2 Shows. Labakans. Comedy acrobats with the funniest little black and tan terrier i have seen in many a day. An act that is especially valuable for the children and at the same time is most acceptable to the grown-ups. Could be made a feature in the smaller cities. 8 Min. Full Stage, 2 Shows. Phil & Nettie Peters. Well-known act which gave satisfaction. 15 Min. in 1, 2 Shows. Sa-Hera. Mental telepathist finishing with her second-sight business. A very good act and especially well presented. They carry their own scene which is, in a way, effective and the act is offered in a showmanlike manner. The only objection I have to it is it's great length, 30 Min. Open Full Stage, close in 1, 2 Shows. Felix & Caire. This act opens rather quietly and I was a little bit afraid that it was going to fall down, but they have a strong finish and close to great satisfaction. 18 Min. open Full Stage, close in 1, 2 Shows. Benj. Chapin & Co., as Abraham Lincoln in "At The White House." Another act the pleased thoroughly and will draw us a lot of money I believe. 30 Min. Full Stage, 2 Shows. Nichols Sisters. This act didn't go quite as well as on the last occasion, principally because they have not enough new material. 15 Min. in 1, 2 Shows. Winston's Sea Lions. A most marvellous act strong enough to be the feature of any show. 17 Min. Full Stage, 2 Shows. Motion Pictures. O. K.
