LITTLE FORESTO.
Working acrobatic and ring stunts with fox-terrier. First rate little act for No. 1. or No. 2. position, but would hardly do further down in the bill. 12 min. FS.
MADDOX & MELVIN.
A fair comedy act for this position, and all right to round out a good bill, but the act should by no means ever get more money than it is now receiving. 15 min. in one.
HOLDEN'S COMIC MANNIKINS.
This act is a counterpart of Jewell's, and in my opinion both acts were built by the same man. It would be folly to book this act if you have recently played Jewell's. It is a good act but 5 minutes cut off the last part would improve it a whole lot. 22 min. FS.
MURRAY SISTERS.
The very best sister team in vaudeville today. Act has been improved 100. percent. since last here. The elder sister gives an impersonation of the Gibson girl which is far better than that of Valeska Surrat, while the younger sister is not only a handsome young woman but a charming comedienne. 16 min. in one.
CHAS. F. SEMON.
Always a hit here, and he appeared to go better this time than ever before. 16 min. in 3. 6 min. in one.
BERT LESLIE & CO.
Presenting his new comedy "Hogan in Society." This act is better for this house than "Hogan's Visit," which he presented on his former visit. There is not as much slang in it, and it is not near as rough. 18 min. FS.
NELLIE WALLACE.
An oval fruit, containing an intensely acid pulp. It is produced by a tropical tree of the genus citrus, the common fruit known in commerce being that of the species C. limonum. There are many varieties of the fruit. A prohibitive tariff should be placed on this particular English variety by congress. 15 min. in 2.
HASSAN BEN ALI'S ARABS.
The same act as seen here on three or four occasions. It is a great act to close a bill in any vaudeville theater. 8 FS.
KINETOGRAPH.
Harvesting in England, and Scenes in Arabia are very fine pictures.
Comment- While this show far surpasses the show of last week in entertaining qualities our headliner, Nellie Wallace, fell down with a dull, sickening thud, scarcily getting a hand at her finish.
