10 PHILADELPHIA B. F. Keith's June 16th, 9 KINOGRAMS - Both pictures and "Topics of the Day" very good. OSAKI & TAKI - (8 mins.) Japanese boy and girl. the latter doing routine of showy aerial tricks on a pole. A very pretty gymnastic number and did very well. CANTELL & WALKER - (19 mins.) Did very nicely with a mixture of songs and talk, most of the latter having reference to soldier life in France. They got a lot of laughs and finished to a good hand. WILL M CRESSY - (19 mins.) Following a warm hand of welcome he held the audience closely interested and also made them laugh with some of his experiences while entertaining soldiers in France. He closed to a tremendous hand. BILLIE REEVES - (20 mins.) First time he has played this house in several years. He has a low comedy sketch, in which he plays his familiar character of the drunk, and it got a fairly good lot of laughs, finishing to a good hand. SYBIL VANE - (11 mins.) A very high class artiste with an exceptional voice and ability to use it. She was a big applause hit with lovers of good music. All her numbers scored and she closed to a big hand. MAJOR A. J. DREXEL BIDDLE'S "DEVIL DOGS" - (14 mins.) This being a local offering it, of course, scored unusually well, but aside from its local value it is a splendid exhibition of military tactics with rifle and knife and held the audience thrilled. Major Biddle, in a short speech, called attention to the need of marines for recruits and his talk was warmly received. MAYO & LYNN - (16 mins.) A good two-men singing and talking turn. Have a lot of good material and Mayo introduces a couple of songs which won him individual applause. Got a lot of laughs and finished very strong. CRESSY & DAYNE - (21 mins.) They repeated "The Man Who Remembered" which they showed here a year ago and again proved a big hit. It is one of the best of Cressy's sketches and finished very strong. MISSES CAMPBELL - (15 mins.) They were just as big a hit as ever with their quaint songs and music. They have two or three new numbers and got over all their stuff with excellent results. GEBERAL PISANO - (11 mins.) A Showy exhibition of sharp-shooting in a very pretty stage setting. It held the audience seated in the closing position and closed strong. GENERAL REMARKS - A very satisfactory show with a strong local attraction that will undoubtedly be a great help to business. The show went over very well on a warm afternoon and will do better at night. CUTS Cantwell & Walker - Use of word "Bushwa" and Song "Room 13." Billie Reeves - Modify business of feeding the baby.
