11 PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S June 2nd 9 KINOGRAMS - Most of the pictures were of the cross-Atlantic aeroplane flights and were very good. "Topics of the Day" got a lot of laughs. HALL BROS. - ( 8 mins.) The usual routine of hand-to-hand balancing and strength tricks. Did very well in the opening spot. KRANZ & LA SALLE - (17 mins.) A big laughing hit, doing seven or eight songs, and getting big results with all of them. Finishing strong. MYERS & NOON - (( 19 mins.) A very pretty dancing number. Mr. Noon describes the various dances in song. A piano player is carried. The dancing is carried and costumed in a rather striking manner. They finished to a very good hand HARRY COOPER - (17 mins.) Did fairly well with songs and a few comedy bits and stories. His songs carried the act through and he finished to a fair hand. RUTH BUDD - (14 mins.) After doing fairly well with the opening songs she put over a very good-looking aerial act that got her plenty of applause and closed very strong. VINIE DALY - (17 mins.) One of the big applause hits of the bill. Her singing of high-class selections brought excellent returns and she finished very big with a couple of comedy numbers, during which she did some dancing. A very good single. ALAN BROOKS in "Dollars and Sense" - (27 mins.) An excellent and distinctly unusual playlet. A mixture of comedy and dramatic incidents. It is a very well played and created so much interest that Mr. Brooks was called before the curtain to make a speech. One of the best one-act plays we have ever had in the house and went over big. DICKINSON & DEACON - (17 mins.) They held this spot very well with their songs and chatter, getting a liberal supply of laughs and closed to a good hand. SEVEN BRACKS - (7 mins.) A very showy acrobatic turn by seven men. A fast routine of hand work and risley trrcks with plenty of speed for the finish. Went very good. GENERAL REMARKS - This show played very well on a hot afternoon. Several good sized hits being registered. James J. Morton announced each act in a humorous way adding a lot of comedy to the whole show.
