PHILADELPHIA B. F.KEITH'S November 24th 9 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Both very good. VALENTINE & BELL - (10 mins.) A man and woman comedy bicycling. This act repeated very well for us, doing nicely as an opener. LEWIS & WHITE - (16 mins.) A very good singing and talking turn by two girls. They have some good songs which got good results and they mix in a lot of laughs by the way they handle their chatter. Finished strong. MORAN & WISER - (14 mins.) Two men with a routine of comedy and hat juggling. These boys held this spot down in fine shape, giving us a very good laughing number and closed to a big hand. Mlle. NITTA-JO - (15 mins.) Just as big a hit as she was when she first appeared several months ago. Used a change of program, singing several popular songs, both in French and English. A big hit and closed very strong. WILKIE BARD -- (32 min) This was his second week. At the matinee he used two new sketches, but for the evening show "The Scrubwoman" sketch was put back and used with "Chrysanthemums" and Bard was a big applause hit. It made an ideal combination, both bits got plenty of laughs and he closed big. He received a reception on both numbers in the evening. "QUIXEY FOUR - (15 mins.) A jazzy four that put over a big applause hit and following the long talking act of Wilkie Bard, picked up the speed of the show in great shape and held it for twenty minutes. Their numbers are all snappy and well done. Finished strong. BETH BERI & CO. - (18 mins.) A very high class dancing number with songs by a girl and two men. The girl is a fine dancer and there is plenty of variety to her work. A very showy act that did nicely and closed to a big hand. KELLAN & O'DARE - (15 mins.) Did very well in the next to closing spot. Kellan does a lot of clowning that got laughs and they finished to a big hand with some eccentric dancing. THE FOUR BARDS - (10 mins.) Their showy hand-to-hand balancing and leaping tricks earned these boys a lot of solid applause in the closing spot, which they held down in fine shape. Closed to a good hand. GENERAL REMARKS- With the change in Mr. Bard's program after the matinee this show played fine and brought good results. Very good bill for Thanksgiving Week. CUTS KELLAN & O'DARE- "There Must be something the matter with her if you don't want her. "Ladies and others who drink"
