PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S FEBRUARY 9th 20 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Pictures very good. "Topics" not quite up to the usual but got some laughs. VERA SABINA - (12 mins.) Assisted by Maurice Spitzer this girl did very well in the opening spot with a series of dances. LEXEY & O'CONNOR - (11 mins.) A very good singing and dancing turn by a boy and girl. They have some songs but their dancing stans out strong and got them plenty of applause. Finished strong. MAY WIRTH & COMPANY - (15 mins.) Unquestionably the best riding act of its kind on the stage and it was a real riot. It put life into the entire show and was the big applause hit as well as a tremendous laughing hit. It ought to be a knock-out on any bill. ALLAN ROGERS - (17 mins.) This remarkable singer repeated the big hit scored here several months ago and was compelled to take several bows after his final number. He is one of the classiest singing act vaudeville has ever had. FRANK DOBSON AND HIS THIRTEEN SIRENS - (33 mins.) This act also repeated very well for us receiving its full measure of laughs and applause. Dobson is a clever comedian, is well supported and the entire act is a very high class and showy musical turn. MAE & ROSE WILTON - (19 mins.) These girls have improved a lot since played last and their act went over very big. They are versatile as well as clever entertainers and held this spot to the satisfaction of every one. TOTO - (18 mins.) He is doing considerably more work than when we first played him and his entire act was a big laugh. It is a novelty that anyone will enjoy and ought to be a riot anywhere for children. ROCKWELL & FOX - (15 mins.) with a new partner, Rockwell is doing about the same act he did with Wood and getting just as many laughs with it. It is a nut comedy turn with a lot of bright stuff in it and a good laugh-winner. THE AERIAL LLOYDS - (7 mins.) Did very well in the closing spot, their showy casting tricks holding the audience interested and getting them liberal recognition. GENERAL REMARKS - This is a corking good show with plenty of comedy and applause hits, as well as some real class and the showiest circus turn we have ever played. It got off to a flying start and ought to make them talk.
