160 BOSTON KEITH'S Feb. 23, 20 Kinograms & Topics of the Day:- Up to the usual standard. Soegel & Irwin:- 9 min. in one Spec. Risley and strength act. Good opener. Lovenberg Sisters & Sime Neary:- 19 min. F.S. Spec. This act is a good combination of dances and songs and full of surprises, novelty and fast. Went big. Frank & Milt Britton:- 9 min. in one. Xylophone and brass jazz music. Very good hand. Tarzan:- 9 min. F.S. This is a great comedy novelty and kept the house in roars of laughter. Swift & Kelley:- 19 min. in one. This team have a very pleasing routine of songs and patter. Held spot very nicely. Spanish Revue:- 23 min. F.S. Spec. Aggregation of Spanish dancers and singers. Makes a good flash and pleased; full of atmosphere. Senora Lola Bravo deserves especial mention for her dancing. Act went very nicely. Arthur Deagon:- 23 min. in one. Mr. Deagon with his songs, stories and acrobatic dancing held this spot well, doing a burlesque on the Spanish Revue. Anna Chandler:- 18 min. in one. Miss Chandler, assisted by Sidney Landfield at the piano, has a good line of new songs which went as well as any single of this kind that we have played in a long time. Closed strong. Lucy Gillett:- 8 min. F.S. Spec. This is a very novel and pretty juggling act and makes a fine closer. CUTS:- Arthur Deagon: Kindly omit word "Hell." Anna Chandler: Kindly omit expression "My God". Remarks:- Arthur Deagon changed positions with Swift & Kelly, which improved the running of the show, especially as Deagon is doing a burlesque on the Spanish.
