PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S MARCH 15th, 20 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Both very good this week. WHEELER TRIO - (6 mins.) A very good three man acrobatic act doing a clever lot of hand-to-hand stuff and putting it over in a showy way. Closed to a good hand. JED DOOLEY - (21 mins.) Has a new act since played here last and offers a very good comedy turn in one with a variety of material and a lot of comedy talk that went over big. Got a lot of laughs and finished to a very good hand. ERIC ZARDO - (14 mins.) Appeals especially to lovers of high class music. Very well received. His selections are mostly classical but he interpolates one popular number for his closing selection. A brilliant pianist and plays with a great deal of expression. HARRY & DENIS DU FOR - (12 mins.) These boys were a big applause hit, their dancing especially going very big and they closed strong. ROSE COCHLAN - in "Forget Me Not" (28 mins.) - A very good feature for vaudeville that should draw a classy audience anywhere. She gives a splendid performance and has excellent support in a brief version of one of her greatest successes. She was a big applause hit and made a very nice speech of thanks. JOE MORRIS & FLO CAMPBELL - (21 mins.) Repeated very well. Comedy got a lot of laughs and they closed strong. A lot of their material is new and the act went over big as ever. MOSCONI BROS. & FAMILY - (13 mins.) Being a Philadelphia family they were, of course, a real riot but they should be on any bill as they have undoubtedly one of the greatest dancing acts played on any stage and should be a big hit on any bill. Took several bows at the opening show. RAE SAMUELS - (13 mins.) the biggest kind of an applause hit in the next to closing spot and could have sung a dozen songs. Has some corking numbers that suit her and every one of them scored. She has never gone any better. ELLY - (9 mins.) We have played this act before and in the closing position it went over in great shape. It is showy, prettily staged and the girl is doing a routine of very clever juggling. Held the spot fine. GENERAL REMAKRS - A live bill that played every minute and its success this afternoon guarantees capacity business for the week. CUTS JED DOOLEY - Eliminate line "I can't sit down in these pants of yours." Also line "I teach her lots of little tricks." Eliminate business of girl asking if she can leave the stage also your reply "Oh! yes go ahead."
