PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S APRIL 26, 20 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Very good variety. CURZON SISTERS - (6 mins.) Did very well in the opening spot. Their act is better dressed than ever and makes a very pretty novelty. ROME & CULLEN - (13 mins.) These boys are good dancers and their stepping was a big hit. They finished with a little talk that went only fairly well but they got by in good shape. "HOUSE OF DAVID BAND" - (14 mins.) A big applause hit and undoubtedly a novelty that should cause talk on any bill. They are good musicians and with their appearance makes them an act of considerable value. They took several bows and were forced to play an extra number. EMILY DARRELL - (15 mins.) This act repeated very well for us. About the same line of material as last season and it got a lot of laughs for her. Closed with a recitation about a dog that brought a good hand. CICCOLINI - (16 mins.) A great act for music lovers, especially devotees of grand opera. He has an excellent voice and sings with a great deal of expression. As a special number he sings a duet with a phonograph which added a novelty.to his offering. Scored a big applause hit. SANTOS & HAYS - (17 mins.) This act proved a big laugh winner and held down this position in great shape. They handle their material cleverly and not only got laughs but liberal applause. WILLIAM SEABURY & CO. - (28 mins.) A great dancing flash with five girls supporting Mr. Seabury. They do a variety of dancing, wear a lot of attractive costumes and the act is full of speed and color from start to finish. It was a big hit and held down the headline position in a very satisfactory manner. FENTON & FIELDS - (11 mins.) A great comedy turn for this position and put over a riot of a hit with their comedy, singing and dancing. They work fast and got a lot out of their material. Closed strong. MARGOT & FRANCOIS - (7 mins.) A neat acrobatic novelty by a man and woman which did very well in the closing position. It is away from the ordinary run and cleverly handled. Closed to a good hand. GENERAL REMARKS - A very good bill and played fine. It not only has good material but some names that will draw and went over fine with a capacity audience. CUTS ROME & CULLEN -"He wants me to tell dirty stories" and using name of hotel.
