BOSTON KEITH'S April 26, 0 Kinograms & Topics of the Day:-Up to the average. The Valentines:-7 min. F.S. Man and woman on trapeze using a novel apparatus for a finishing trick. Made a good opener. Will Oakland:-13 min. in 1. This man was one of the applause hits of the show even in this spot. Kelly & Pollack:-20 min. in 1. About the same act as on previous visits here. Closed to a big hand. Wright & Dietrich:-18 min. in 1 Spec. Best routine of songs they have ever used here. Went over very good. Whipple & Huston:-22 min. F.S. Spec. Although seen her before went over better than ever, closing to a good hand. Kane & Herman:-22 min. in 1. This act was one continual laugh, and closed to a big hand. Kitty Gordon:-24 min. F.S. Spec. Miss Gordon wears some beautiful gowns, sings three songs assisted by a boy soprano, a young man at the piano, and Guy and Pearl Magley in a series of dances. Seemed to please, closed to a fair hand. Jack Wilson:-35 min. in 1 and 2 Wilson worked along his regular lines and was assisted by Miss Gordon, Vera Beresford and Frank Griffith. Got a lot of laughs and closed to a big hand. Marlotte's Marionettes:-7 min. in 2-1/2 Spec. Made a good closing act. CUTS:-Topics of the Day: Reference to "Ireland", also "Hoover" and "Edwards" subject. Kelly & Pollack: Please eliminate the entire one piece bathing suit routine. Jack Wilson: Please eliminate reference to "Birth of a Nation, Eddie Foy, etc.", also words "God" and "Hell" used throughout the act, reference to "Copley-Plaza", "letter from the Pope", "letter from a rabbi", the gag "I want a little sun. What's no affair of mine".
