PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S MAY 24th, 20 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Very good. DALY & BERLEW - (7 mins.) Very good dancing act by a man and woman. They have a variety of styles and the execution of each number is very good. They made avery good impression in the opening spot. MISSES DENNIS - (13 mins.) A decidedly pretty singing turn by three girls. They are attractive looking, have splendid voices and excellent songs. They went very well all the way and closed to a big hand. GRADE HUFF in "Just Like A Man" - (20 mins) A new sketch shown here for the first time and got over fine. A very good comedy, written along different lines than usual and was very well played. Got a lot of laughs, held close attention and closed to a big hand. DOROTHY BRENNER - (15 mins.) She repeated very well. Using about the same lot of songs and closed with her big comedy number. Held the spot and closed to a good hand. DUGAN & RAYMOND - (23 mins.) A clever comedy sketch that registered solidly. Dugan has a good line of talk, got plenty of laughs with it and closed to a very good hand. A first class comedy act that can hold an important spot on any bill. DONOVAN & LEE - (21 mins.) Got over very well, but following Dugan & Raymond was just a bit too hard for them and a change after the first performance improved this. Much of the material has been used for a long while but it got a fair amount of laughs and with the dancing the act did very well. FRANCES PRITCHARD - (20 mins.) This act came in without any publicity to take the place of Harry Fox and got over exceedingly well, especially considering the handicap. The girl is an excellent dancer and very well supported by two young men. Their work has plenty of variety and speed and the whole act made a very good impression. Closed strong. JULIUS TANNEN - (9 mins.) Made his usual hit, scoring strongly as he always does with our audiences. His stuff is bright, well delivered and he still remains the classiest monologue act in vaudeville. DELMORE & LEE - (12 mins.) A very good act for the closing position on this bill. Their stuff is showy and just long enough to give a fine finish. It was very well received. GENERAL REMARKS - This is one of the best balanced bills we have had for some time and needed only the changing of places by Dorothy Brenner and Donovan & Lee to make it run absolutely perfect. CUTS GRACE HUFF - Words "My God". DUGAN & RAYMOND - Reference to Theda Bara DONOVAN & LEE - Words "Oh God."
