PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S JUNE 14th, 20 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - (15 mins.) CORNELL, LEONA & ZIPPY - (10 mins.) A boy and girl in talking and dancing. The man does some very good legmania work. A dog is used for their closing bit and the act closed strong. LARRY HARKINS - (16 mins.) Four boys in a very flashy musical number. Vocal and instrumental numbers and a little stepping. The act carries an elaborate special setting and is very good looking. It went over big in the second position. MASON & COLE - (14 mins.) A neat couple, work cleverly and make an excellent appearance. Have some good dialogue and a couple of catchy songs. Finished very strong. SYLVIA CLARK - (19 mins.) A tremendous applause hit. She has the best act she has ever done here and was a riot of applause and laughs from start to finish. HARRY CARROLL & COMPANY - (43 mins.) He got a great start on the first of his two weeks stay. It is a magnificent production with the best music of any production we have ever played and was a frequent applause winner through the entire program. At the finish they did two or three extra numbers and Carroll was brought out for a little speech of thanks. HARRY DELF - (12 mins.) He did only fairly well, following the big flash of the Carroll act, but he has a lot of new songs and comedy which he handles very well and he ought to improve. FOUR READINGS - This has always been a good act in this house and did just as well as ever this time. Undoubtedly one of the showiest gymnastic acts in vaudeville. ( 8 mins.) GENERAL REMARKS - On a red hot afternoon, with an audience that was plainly uncomfortable, this show got over in great shape. It is a good light entertainment, from start to finish, with plenty of music and comedy and with the reputation of the Carroll act ought to do a big week. CUTS Cornell, Leona & Zippy. - Eliminate "I looked through the keyhole while you were dressing;" also the story which ends "Up to her hips." Harry Delf - "What the Hell." Sylvia Clark and Harry Delf changed places after the first show with satisfactory results
