REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 24, 25 and 26. JOSEPHINE LEONARD--- Diminutive Comdienne presenting characters in song. 10 min. in one; went fair. LA COSTA & CLIFTON--- Comedy Playlet--entitled "Mistakes"--This playlet points a moral and is full of fun throughout; it went over good. 16 min.; parlor. CHAS. F. SEMON--- "The Narrow Fellow"--Semon, is well named as the "narrow fellow" from his peculiar makeup; but, nevertheless, he kept things moving the entire 17 minutes he was on the stage--with his talking and playing of numerous musical instruments, etc. This act went big.
